About Melodye
Melodye is a good standing member of:
Stamford Board of Realtors
CMLS
Greenwich MLS
National Association of Realtors
Connecticut Association of Realtors
Melodye has had a proven track record as a successful and ethical Realtor within Fairfield County for a number of years. Melodye has won numerous awards for her business talents and is a member of the William Raveis Chairman’s Club and in the top 10% of all Raveis agents. Each year at the William Raveis awards ceremony one agent is selected for the Customer Service award and in 2010 Melodye was the recipient of that award out of 85 of her peers working in the Stamford office. Her roots are strong in Stamford, Darien and Fairfield and has had numerous sales taking her from Greenwich to Shelton and has provided referrals worldwide.
Another asset that Melodye can bring to the table is her experience over the years with high profile clients. You can be assured that your privacy will be safeguarded.
When marketing homes she leverages off of her design and graphic arts background to present a property at its best via the internet as well as print.
Oddly enough Melodye began reading the real estate section of the Stamford Advocate when she was a mere 8 years old and has always had a passion for the business so it made sense to pursue something that she loved to do, not many individuals can say they “love their job”!
When Melodye is not selling homes she is actively involved in many community events. Melodye has co-chaired the Timothy Coppola Annual Helmet Giveaway sponsored by the Stamford Police Department for 10 years, has cooked for the needy quite often and is a member of Black Rock Congregational Church.
Having had numerous homes and condominiums in Stamford and Darien Melodye now resides in Fairfield with her husband who is a Police Officer, her 17 year old daughter and 12 year old step-son, a Saint Bernard, a Golden Retriever and a rescued Laborador Retriever.
